What do you get when you combine the world’s most famous supermodel, Gisele Bundchen with Versace? The term “bringing sexy back” comes to mind!
Shot by Mert & Marcus, the blue-tinted campaign features Gisele in a Versace Spring/Summer 2012 leather studded skirt and top and towering heels – a return to Versace’s iconic flair. Now as much as you may want to, I wouldn’t advise anyone to step into a swimming pool in those heels or in that gorgeous studded leather ensemble! I mean you won’t look as good as Gisele to start with!

A sneaky picture from the Versace for H&M look book has leaked and it has me itching for November 17th to roll around already! Versace’s favourite model of the moment, Abbey Lee Kershaw, is pictured in some patchwork chinoiserie and bold gold accessories which are totally signature Versace!
The 40-piece womenswear collection will feature studded leather, silk and colorful print, with accessories including high heels and costume jewellery. The 20-piece men’s collection will feature sharp tailoring, including the perfect tuxedo, as well as belts and jewellery for men too. And as revealed early this year, for the first time in a designer collaboration at H&M, the collection will also consist of some homeware pieces!
So excited! I’ll bring you more news on this collaboration as and when I get it!
