So yesterday one of my favourite bloggers, Teresa from Style Drifter, tweeted about how she had been into Zara in Dubai and had been totally unimpressed by the pieces from the new season collection that had started to filter into the store.Consider how all the bloggers I know are obsessed with Zara, I was so disappointed to hear this, so I decided to do a little investigation of my own. Low and behold – the Fall Campaign from Zara featuring Freja Beha Erichsen
Captured in black and white, Freja sports Zara’s bohemian-inspired, carefree looks beautifully. But I have to agree with Teresa. The collection doesn’t leave me wanting to rush to Zara like previous ones. Far enough, living in Dubai I probably wouldn’t find much use for huge chunky knit sweaters anyway, but I still appreciate them for when I escape to London.
Here’s hoping that there is more inspiring looks to come as frankly this is kinda meh!
