If you follow me on Twitter, you may be aware that I am involved in mentoring the fashion students at Heriot Watt University in Dubai. Last week I went down to the campus to have a talk with the students who were presenting their collections to Splash as well as the Powerpuff Arabia ambassadors, DJ Bliss and Simone Heng.
The girls and I discussed design, blogging, getting into the fashion industry, photography and giggled hysterically at a YouTube video of Miss South Carolina (if you haven’t seen it, watch it now!!)
I have to say the fashion students are doing a great job on their Powerpuff Arabia project where they are competing to have their designs showcased in an exclusive Powerpuff Girls fashion show. I already want 2 of the T-shirts for myself!
